CHEF BEN CHAVEZ
In January 2024 we welcomed to Paulette’s and The River Inn of Harbor Town our new Chef de Cuisine, Ben Chavez.
As a recent graduate of Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts, Ben decided to build a solid foundation for his lifetime passion for cooking and transform a hobby into a career.
Ben’s rapid progressions in the culinary world of hospitality includes experience in a variety of regional settings such as The Cellar, Serendipity Bar and Grill, Curfew and most recently Guy Fieri’s Flavertown in Tunica.
Paulette’s, Tugs, and The Terrace will take Chef Ben’s experience in Leadership, Management, and new culinary education to immediately start the process of refreshing menus that will be introduced in the weeks to come. Under Chef Ben’s guidance, we will continue to provide traditional recipes, while providing bold new, fresh, and trendy additions that will highlight regional and local products.
