In February 2024, we welcome Casey Childress, joining Chef Ben and the River Inn Team to continue building outstanding hospitality memories in Paulette’s, one of Memphis’ most iconic restaurants.

Casey comes to us with 20+ years of restaurant, fine dining, and cocktail lounges experience. She started her career at BB King’s here in Memphis and quickly developed a passion for Hospitality. Casey grew her knowledge by working in various familiar restaurants and hotels in the tri-state area. Most recently, she helped a boutique hotel obtain culinary and wine excellence awards in Missouri before working as an Assistant General Manager for Guy Fieri’s Kitchen and Bar in Branson.

Casey will lead the Hospitality Team in Paulette’s and the Terrace at the River Inn of Harbor Town.
