Daniel W. Clark, your co-host this evening, is a lifetime wine enthusiast and French native. He is a Certified Maitre D’ and obtained a diploma on Wine Tasting in 1979 from the Thonon-Les-Bains Culinary School where he majored in Culinary Arts. Formally a member of the Society of Wine Educators, Daniel has conducted numerous wine classes and attended prestigious wine events in France, Chile, Switzerland, and the United States.
