You will begin the evening with Paulette’s iconic popovers, served warm with our house-made strawberry butter—a signature start to an unforgettable meal.

Our featured entrée, a perfectly prepared Lobster Tail, is served with clarified butter, a classic baked potato dressed with butter and cheddar cheese, and tender broccolini—a luxurious centerpiece to the evening’s offerings.

Guests may also choose from a distinguished array of entrees including the Filet Paulette, New Zealand Lamb with Mint Demi-Glace, Ginger-Cilantro Crusted Salmon, or our elegant take on a classic: the Paulette’s Fusion Burger made from a blend of filet and sirloin.
